Western Vintage is a western-inspired apparel and lifestyle brand built around grit, outlaw spirit, and vintage style. We design our products in-house, and select products may be embroidered in-house.

Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, Western Vintage is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order is delayed beyond the stated shipping timeframe, we will communicate with you and provide options as required by applicable law.

7. Customer Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you enter the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order is placed. If an order ships to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Western Vintage is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our posted Return Policy.

Items must meet the requirements listed in our Return Policy to be eligible for return or exchange. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, or not in their original condition may not be accepted.

Final sale items, limited drops, custom items, sale items, or embroidered items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
